حرف اسٹوڈیو ("یہ ٹول"، "ہم") ایک آن لائن اردو نستعلیق ٹائپ سیٹنگ سہولت ہے۔ اس ٹول کو استعمال کرنے سے آپ ان شرائط سے متفق تصور کیے جائیں گے۔ اگر آپ ان شرائط سے متفق نہیں تو براہ کرم یہ ٹول استعمال نہ کریں۔

2. سروس کی نوعیت

یہ ٹول فی الحال مفت فراہم کیا جا رہا ہے۔ ہم مستقبل میں اس کی خصوصیات، حدود، یا قیمتوں کے ماڈل کو تبدیل کرنے، معطل کرنے، یا نئے فیچرز/پلانز متعارف کرانے کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔

3. فونٹس اور تھرڈ پارٹی مواد

اس ٹول میں شامل تمام نستعلیق فونٹس (بشمول Mehr، Pak Nastaleeq، Jameel Noori Nastaleeq، Jameel Noori Nastaleeq Kasheeda، Payami Nastaleeq، Nafees Nastaleeq، AlQalam Alvi Nastaleeq، Faiz Lahori Nastaleeq) اور UI میں استعمال ہونے والے Noto Nastaliq Urdu اور Amiri (بذریعہ Google Fonts) ان کے اصل تخلیق کاروں/فاؤنڈریز کی ملکیت ہیں۔ ہم ان فونٹس کے خالق یا مالک ہونے کا دعویٰ نہیں کرتے۔

• فونٹ کے ناموں کا حوالہ صرف شناخت کی غرض سے دیا گیا ہے اور اس سے ان فونٹس کے اصل مالکان کی جانب سے کسی توثیق یا شراکت کا اظہار نہیں ہوتا۔

4. کسی بھی کمپنی سے وابستگی نہیں

حرف اسٹوڈیو ایک آزاد، خودمختار پراجیکٹ ہے۔ اس کا Adobe Inc. یا کسی اور سافٹ ویئر کمپنی سے کوئی تعلق، توثیق، یا سرپرستی نہیں ہے۔ کسی بھی حوالہ شدہ پروڈکٹ کا نام اس کے اصل مالک کا ٹریڈ مارک ہے اور اس کا ذکر صرف وضاحتی/تقابلی مقصد کے لیے کیا جاتا ہے، وابستگی ظاہر کرنے کے لیے نہیں۔

6. آپ کا بنایا ہوا مواد

آپ اپنے بنائے گئے متن/ڈیزائن کے مالک خود ہیں۔ ایکسپورٹ کردہ فائل (PDF/PNG/JPG) کا استعمال آپ کی اپنی ذمہ داری ہے، بشمول یہ یقینی بنانا کہ منتخب فونٹ آپ کے مطلوبہ استعمال (خصوصاً کمرشل) کے لیے موزوں لائسنس رکھتا ہے۔

7. ہم کیا معلومات جمع کرتے ہیں

ٹول پہلی بار استعمال کرنے پر ہم آپ سے ای میل، واٹس ایپ نمبر، شہر، اور جینڈر طلب کرتے ہیں، تاکہ ہمیں اندازہ ہو کہ کتنے اور کہاں سے صارفین اس ٹول کو استعمال کر رہے ہیں اور اسے بہتر بنایا جا سکے۔ اگر آپ رضاکارانہ طور پر کوئی تجویز/رائے جمع کرائیں تو وہ بھی محفوظ کی جاتی ہے۔

Harf Studio ("this tool", "we") is an online Urdu Nastaliq typesetting utility. By using this tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Nature of the Service

This tool is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to change its features or limits, suspend it, or introduce paid plans/features at any time in the future.

3. Fonts & Third-Party Content

All Nastaliq fonts bundled with this tool (including Mehr, Pak Nastaleeq, Jameel Noori Nastaleeq, Jameel Noori Nastaleeq Kasheeda, Payami Nastaleeq, Nafees Nastaleeq, AlQalam Alvi Nastaleeq, Faiz Lahori Nastaleeq) and the interface fonts Noto Nastaliq Urdu and Amiri (served via Google Fonts) are the property of their original creators/foundries. We do not claim to have created or own these fonts.

• We do not sell these fonts. They are bundled solely to enable typesetting and preview within this free tool, based on each font's own public free-distribution terms (for example, Nafees Nastaleeq's license from CRULP explicitly permits free use, copying and distribution, provided the font itself is not sold standalone — a condition we fully respect).
• We do not independently guarantee the complete licensing terms of every bundled font. If you intend to use output created with these fonts for commercial purposes (publishing, print, resale, etc.), please verify that specific font's license yourself first.
• If a font was included in error, is not actually free to redistribute, or its inclusion conflicts with a rights holder's rights, please notify us at trivxsolutions@gmail.com. Once confirmed, we will promptly remove it from the tool.
• Font names are referenced only for identification and do not imply endorsement by, or partnership with, their respective creators.

4. No Affiliation With Any Company

Harf Studio is an independent, self-operated project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Adobe Inc. or any other software company. Any referenced product name is a trademark of its respective owner and is mentioned only for descriptive/comparative purposes, not to claim affiliation.

This tool's interface theme (dark canvas, tool palette) and keyboard shortcuts (e.g. V = Select, Z = Zoom, Ctrl+Z = Undo) reflect conventions that are common and functional across the graphic/design software industry generally, not the exclusive property of any single company. As a matter of law, keyboard shortcuts and generic interface "methods of operation" are not protected by copyright — copyright protects creative expression, not functional methods. We have not used any third party's copyrighted source code, icons, or logos.

5. Ownership of This Tool

Aside from the third-party fonts/libraries noted above, the source code, design, and branding of Harf Studio belong to its operator.

6. Your Content

You own the text/designs you create. Use of exported files (PDF/PNG/JPG) is your own responsibility, including confirming that your chosen font is properly licensed for your intended use (particularly commercial use).

7. Information We Collect

On first use, we ask for your email, WhatsApp number, city, and gender, so we can gauge how many people use this tool and from where, and improve it accordingly. Any suggestion/feedback you voluntarily submit is also stored.

• This information is stored in Google Sheets (via a secured Google Apps Script) and a local backup file on our server.
• We do not sell this data to third parties.
• To request deletion of your data, contact trivxsolutions@gmail.com.

8. No Warranty

This tool is provided "as is", with no guarantee that it will always be available, work without interruption, or be entirely fit for your specific purpose (e.g. print production).

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss (please save/download your work as JSON regularly) or disputes arising from third-party font licensing.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
